Binyamin Septon is an experienced nonprofit executive, fundraiser, and organizational leader who brings the perspective of someone actively serving in the Executive Director’s chair. As Executive Director of Yesodei Hatorah in Toronto, he leads a large Jewish educational institution, overseeing fundraising, donor development, financial management, strategic planning, and organizational growth.
With extensive experience cultivating donors and leading major fundraising initiatives, Binyamin helps nonprofit leaders strengthen donor relationships, create meaningful giving opportunities, and build systems that move opportunities forward.
At the heart of his coaching approach is listening. Binyamin believes effective coaching begins with understanding the person across the table. He makes people feel heard, recognizes their strengths, and believes in their potential, often before they fully see it themselves.
