Go from Scrambling, to Strategizing.

Here’s where many Jewish educational institutions find themselves stuck:

SYMPTOM 1
You’re Stuck in Reactive Mode

Every day feels like you’re putting out fires. Instead of focusing on strategic planning, you’re scrambling to meet immediate needs. Campaigns are rushed, leaving you and your team exhausted. There’s no room for creativity, innovation, or long-term growth because you’re constantly in survival mode.

SYMPTOM 2
Donor Relationships Feel Transactional

You want to connect deeply with your supporters—parents, alumni, and community members—but the demands of your workload prevent you from prioritizing relationship-building. Donors contribute once and then disappear, or they lose interest in your appeals. You determine how much to ask of your biggest donors based on what they've already given, not on what they COULD be giving. You're leaving money (maybe lots of it) on the table because you don't know how to nurture the relationship effectively and are afraid any wrong move could make things worse.

SYMPTOM 3
Campaigns Plateau Without Growth

Your annual dinner, parlor meetings, and scholarship drives are keeping the lights on, but they’re not fueling the growth your institution needs. Your donor base feels stagnant, and bringing in fresh supporters while retaining current ones feels like an uphill battle.

SYMPTOM 4
Bigger Donors Feel Out of Reach

You know there are people in your community who value the critical mission of your institution, but you’re unsure how to engage them. You know that you could inspire more significant donations if you could only find a way to get (and successfully convey) your message to the right people, but you don't have any concrete strategy for doing it (or the ones you have keep failing).

SYMPTOM 5
Leadership and Fundraisers Are Overwhelmed

Your leadership team and fundraising staff are wearing too many hats. Overwhelmed and burned out, they’re juggling countless responsibilities without enough resources. It feels like you’re working tirelessly without seeing the results you need.

I am a proud graduate of a Jewish day school, high school, and post-high school yeshiva. I am also an annual campaign and major gift fundraiser with 22 years of experience in the Jewish community.

I know exactly who you are, and where you are.

Every roadblock, challenge, and frustration in fundraising—you name it—I’ve faced it too. I’ve been there, feeling stuck and overwhelmed, unsure of how to move forward.

So I have put together a course that can help you break through nearly every barrier.

By applying the lessons I'll teach you throughout this course, hundreds of organizations like yours are already thriving, and I can't wait for you to join them!

Let’s take your school to the next level—together.

A little bit about my experience:

  • 20+ years in nonprofit fundraising
  • Have personally raised millions of dollars, and have helped my clients raise over $75M in a sustainable way.
  • Authored the popular fundraising book, Date Your Donors, a guide to building authentic donor relationships
  • Founder and President of ALTRUICITY, a boutique fundraising strategy and project management firm to help Jewish schools and nonprofit organizations in North America.

If you’re ready to move from feeling stuck to achieving sustainable growth for your nonprofit, I’d love to show you how.
