Miriam, a seasoned strategist with over 15 years in the non-profit sector, excels in crafting engagement programs and strategic fundraising plans. As a valuable member of the ALTRUICITY team since 2022, she specializes in optimizing crowdfunding and dinner fundraising, while also developing robust, customized annual campaign plans. Miriam's commitment to excellence and positive change positions her as a valuable asset to any project or organization.

With a Summa Cum Laude undergraduate degree in science from Touro University and a master's in linguistics from Adelphi University, Miriam's academic prowess is complemented by global experiences, including winning a fellowship with the JDC in Morocco. There, she played a key role in designing community engagement systems for the first Jewish center to be built in Casablanca in 30 years.

Miriam's career highlights include leading fundraising, engagement, event planning, and capacity-building work for notable organizations, such as The Museum of Living Heritage, Hazon, The Arava Institute of Environmental Studies, Yeshiva University, The Ramaz School, Sefaria, Emunah, Kol HaNearim, The Clear Square Group, Yeshivat Maharat, LEC, EMU Health Center, the NYC 28th Street Flower Project, ORA, TI Baltimore, Toronto Cheder, HTC, HANC, Yeshivat Matityahu, and many more.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Miriam immerses herself in outdoor activities like hiking, expresses creativity through furniture upcycling, and indulges in her passion for designing bespoke fine jewelry, a craft she has mastered for over two decades. Miriam has also earned a coveted position in the 2024 IV Cohort for the Elliot Orson Leadership Institute, a prestigious MBA-level program in Cape Town, South Africa. Residing there with her husband and adorable son, Natan, Miriam collaborates with influential Jewish leaders globally through this institute, focusing on fostering positive change within South African Jewish communities and beyond.
